Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, vendor evaluation, and implementation of a self-funded health insurance plan

Design a seamless transition that supports employee understanding and adoption

Own the administration, compliance, and continuous optimization of health and wellness programs

Required Qualifications

Experience leading a transition from fully insured to self-funded health insurance

Strong understanding of plan design, stop-loss insurance, TPA management, and regulatory compliance

Operational excellence with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently

Systems mindset with comfort in building and automating for scale

Confidence in collaborating with executive leaders across various departments
