About the Role :
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our client's mobile app users by providing prompt, friendly, and solution-oriented service. You'll handle customer inquiries related to rewards, payments, and app functionalityprimarily through chat and emailusing templated responses to ensure consistency and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, communicative, and eager to learn. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values personality and reliability, especially during weekend remote shifts. Brief Description of the Project and Responsibilities :
Resolve customer-facing issues related to the mobile app, including rewards and payment concerns
Communicate via chat and email using templated responses
Escalate issues appropriately following established protocols
Maintain consistent productivity and responsiveness, especially during remote weekend shifts
Ensure reliable internet access while working remotely
Required Skills & Experience :
12 years of customer care or support experience
Experience handling customer intake via chat and phone
Strong written communication skills
Ability to follow and adapt templated responses
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
High reliability and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with chat-based customer support tools
Understanding of mobile apps and rewards programs (especially in the fast-food industry)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
Strong internet connectivity for remote work
Prior experience supporting fast-food or retail customers
