Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to assess project requirements and budgets. Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Assist in contract negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns and recommendations. Maintain updated records of past projects to refine estimation processes. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on financial aspects of projects. Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to improve cost estimation accuracy.
