We are actively looking for a Business Development Representative to join our high performing team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, your nature as a dynamic, self-driven, and outgoing extrovert is on full display. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent and on-going contact with key decision makers for commercial properties, third party administrators, and other organizations that can lead to quality referrals. If you are confident, dependable, and motivated with stellar selling and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Pay Range :  $75,000- $95,000 + Commissions

Location : Jacksonville region; Our office is located in Jacksonville, FL

Role Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential commercial clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various strategies.
• Educate clients on the company’s restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
