Who is VMRC?

VMRC is a Christ-centered, nonprofit continuing care retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care for older adults. It also provides wellness programs, educational opportunities, and arts and cultural activities for residents and the wider community.

This maintenance position is primarily responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining the building and equipment in Assisted Living at VMRC.

Work Schedule :

• 7 : 30 AM-4 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday (start time may be flexible, based upon the selected candidate's preference and with supervisor's approval)
• On-call rotation for evenings / weekends (typical rotation is 1 week out of every 9 weeks)
• 80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)
• Eligible for benefits at date of hire

Based upon previous experiences and qualifications, the starting base rate of pay : $16.25 - 20.78 per hour.
