Position Overview

The VP of Engineering (Fintech / SaaS) will lead the design, development, and scaling of the company's software platforms.

You'll oversee engineering execution, architecture, and team development — ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable systems that meet market and regulatory demands.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role , ideal for an engineering executive with deep fintech or SaaS experience and a proven record of building high-performing teams from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of software engineers, DevOps, and QA professionals.
• Drive the development and scalability of multi-tenant SaaS products in regulated fintech environments.
• Architect and implement systems for high performance, reliability, and compliance (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
• Partner closely with Product, Compliance, and Executive teams to align technology delivery with business goals.
• Establish engineering best practices, including CI / CD pipelines, observability, testing automation, and documentation standards.
• Own technical roadmap and ensure timely delivery across product milestones.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to improve system architecture and developer velocity.
• Build a culture of ownership, transparency, and technical excellence across the engineering organization.
• Lead vendor and partner integrations to ensure secure data exchange and reliable platform uptime.
• Report progress and KPIs on delivery speed, uptime, and customer-impact metrics to the executive team.
