I am currently looking for a Lead Site / Civil Design Engineer / Principal in Jacksonville
This role will be a purely technical position for land development projects in Jacksonville. There is 2 other leaders focused on Business Development and Project Management. The role is a technical leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, develop project scopes, and provide strategic vision from project inception to execution.
- Direct civil sitework, stormwater management, and utility design
- Mentor and train design staff, contribute to recruitment and retention, and drive performance improvements.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, and manage construction assistance and administration duties.
