Instrumentation and Controls Engineer - Coordinator

Position : Electrical Instrumentation Coordinator
Salary : Hourly and salary options available. Pay depends on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Precise Coordination : Review instrumentation submittals to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Address any discrepancies promptly by coordinating with relevant teams for a swift and effective resolution.
- Seamless Transition : Oversee the smooth handoff of instrumentation systems from the design phase to construction and installation. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time.
- Clear Communication : Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, procurement specialists, and contractors. Align project requirements and timelines, provide regular updates on instrumentation activities, and quickly address any emerging issues.
- Compliance and Safety : Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety guidelines, maintaining the integrity and safety of instrumentation systems. Actively participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and audits to promote a culture of safety and compliance on project sites.
