Salesforce Administrator - Hybrid in Knoxville

Overview

Purpose : The salesforce administrator plays an integral role in facilitating the implementation of our information management platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, efficient data pipeline processes to handle data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation required to provide access to prepared data sets to customers and partners
• Architect and document business critical workflows and process automations
• Define and extract data from multiple sources and integrate data into a common data model
• Develop reporting as required by both internal and external business users
• Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve data quality and operational issues and ensure timely delivery of products
• Analyze and evaluate our platform data model in order to identify and recommend improvements and optimization
