Key Responsibilities
Perform job evaluations and compensation benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Provide analysis and counsel on compensation programs and initiatives, including pay structures and incentives
Maintain HR data tools integrity and assist with human resource projects and special assignments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
4-6 years of related experience
Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheet functions
Ability to analyze data effectively
