Lead Sign Installation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Traveling Sign Install Manager to lead and oversee sign installation projects in the architectural signage industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a team of installers and a strong understanding of both electrical and non-electrical sign installation. Lead Sign Installation Manager Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of sign installation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and supervise the installation team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to understand project requirements and provide input on installation feasibility, timelines, and solutions.
  • Inspect completed installations to verify conformance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiate contracts, and maintain a strong network of reliable suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
  • Prepare and present detailed installation reports to upper management.

Lead Sign Installation Manager Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as a Sign Installation Manager or in a similar role within the signage industry (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
  • Knowledge of electrical and non-electrical sign installation, sign design, and installation techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction and signage industry.
  • Willingness to participate in hands-on installations as needed.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lead Sign Installation Manager Preferred Qualifications :

  • NCCCO Crane Certification.
  • OSHA30 Certification.
  • CDL Class A or B
