We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Job File Coordinator (JFC) Team Lead to join our team in Midlothian, VA. The JFC Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of Job File Coordinators and assigned Project Manager ensuring efficient and smooth workflows. Our idea of the ultimate candidate is one who is proactive, experienced, truly enjoys providing exceptional customer service, able to take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment. The JFC Team Lead works to ensure processes are performed according to SERVPRO Franchise guidelines with completed jobs meeting or exceeding customer expectations while also seeking ways to improve team performance.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor assigned job files to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary quotes for services using estimating software
• Assist in scheduling Project Manager to complete jobs
• Provide timely resolution of customer questions and concerns
• Assist with after-hour questions, technical support, and handling customer calls, as needed
• Train new hires and provide continued training sessions for performance improvement
