Bartender

Industry Ales is a chef-driven brewpub serving globally inspired American small plates, elevated bar food and culinary inspired cocktails – An adventurous twist on the classic brewpub founded by 3 local Chicago Industry Veterans.

Located downtown at 230 S Wabash, our +200 seat venue offers a full bar and restaurant along with 2 private event spaces, and an onsite brewhouse.

We also feature an intimate basement speakeasy, The Mill Room , which focuses on elevated cocktail programming, live music and specialty events.

We’re searching for a warm, knowledgeable and efficient hospitality professional with a passion for craft beer, cocktails and the culinary arts.

Our ideal candidate has :

• an encyclopedic understanding of classics
• a dedication to mise en place
• a graceful, friendly service style
• comfortability delivering excellent customer service in both high volume and upscale environments
• 3+ years of relevant bartending experience
• Full Time / Open Availability Preferred
• Basset / Food Handlers Certificates Required, Cicerone Beer Server Certification Preferred

Compensation starts at $17 / hr + a standard % of the tip pool. Full time employees will be eligible for health, dental and vision insurance.
