We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead the technology operations and strategy for our respected law firm in San Antonio, Texas. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage complex IT systems while driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards of security and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess both strategic vision and hands-on expertise, enabling them to align technology initiatives with business objectives and oversee daily operations effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership for the firm’s IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Office 365 across departments.
  • Manage and maintain Cisco Meraki infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and wireless configurations.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity tools such as CrowdStrike to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Develop IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and security protocols that adhere to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to drive technology initiatives that enhance client service and operational performance.
  • Supervise IT personnel and vendors, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure smooth help desk operations, system upgrades, and user training to support firm-wide technology needs.
  • Handle IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a law firm or detail-oriented services environment.
  • Proficiency in managing Cisco Meraki infrastructure, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, network administration, and cloud migration projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Hands-on knowledge of backup technologies, computer hardware, and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms is a plus.
