Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Geotechnical Engineer or a geologist, located in Alamo, California (Next to Walnut Creek). The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analyzing soil and groundwater data, preparing technical reports, and providing recommendations for foundation design, slope stability assessments, fault studies, and construction materials. The role also involves collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Skills in Site Investigation and Soil Analysis
• Expertise in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology
• Knowledge of Foundation Design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Bay Area in California
• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
• A professional engineering license, a geotechnical license, or a geology license is a plus
• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
