A company is looking for a VP, Business Development to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Drive growth by sourcing, shaping, and negotiating partnerships and collaborations

Oversee the full deal lifecycle, ensuring efficient and rigorous processes

Guide partnering strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and represent the company at key industry events

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in biotech or pharma, specifically in business development, strategy, or corporate development roles

Demonstrated track record of closing business development transactions

Strong scientific fluency with an advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS) preferred; MBA is a plus

Proven ability to lead and manage diligence processes with multiple stakeholders

Experience in leading teams and implementing systems to scale business development activities
