The Finance Senior Manager reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie's LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD). This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
• Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
• Compile a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
• Ensure LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
• Support LRP, Plan, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
• Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
• Ad-hoc analysis as required
• Manage one direct report
• This position is a hybrid role based out of Lake County, IL

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
