About the Float Pool Team

Staff members in the Float Pool have the opportunity to work in the following departments : Telemetry, MedSurg / Ortho, and Neuro Telemetry. If a team member has the experience and expertise, they will also qualify to work in the PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, and Emergency Departments. Float Pool employees will "float" to any department, that is within their qualifications, that has identified a need for assistance. -

Responsibilities -

As an RN in our Float Pool, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering direct nursing care while upholding our core values of compassion, excellence, and patient-centric care. Your responsibilities will include : -

Qualifications :

Licensure / Certifications : -

Education : Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience : A minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed RN in an acute care setting with demonstrated technical proficiency. -
