What We’re Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to support a high-volume Music Touring Agent desk in the Contemporary / Pop and Hip-Hop space. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic , attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a career in the music industry.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior agent, develop industry knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the touring business.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for agent, including phones, calendars, and scheduling
• Generate deal memos, itineraries, and reports
• Track contracts, deposits, and ticket counts
• Oversee deal execution, including invoicing and payments
• Communicate with high-profile buyers, promoters, and managers while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Manage multiple priorities across a high-volume desk with speed and accuracy
