Key Responsibilities
Mentor and coach support agents to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries
Provide backup support during peak times and manage live queues for proper coverage
Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and provide feedback for team improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant Customer Support experience in a SaaS or software environment
Experience with school communication tools or integration tools is a plus
Prior experience in a managerial or lead role
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
