This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to start as a Staff Pharmacist and grow into a leadership role , actively contributing to the organizations success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Begin as a Staff Pharmacist with a clear path to advancing into a leadership role .
• Perform PV1 and PV2 duties , ensuring accurate medication management and dispensing.
• Effectively manage inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing clinical guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery.
• Oversee pharmacy staff to optimize workflow and performance.
• Support business development initiatives to drive growth and enhance client engagement.
• Travel periodically to Philadelphia for training and collaboration with headquarters.

Qualifications :

Strong clinical pharmacy background with proven experience in long-term care .

Familiarity with Softwriters FrameworkLTC software is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong munication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
