As we grow and expand the HR Department this new role will work with the current HR team to focus on the development and delivery of trainings in group and one on one settings. This role will be helping with the following :
- Document trainings
- Comply with regulatory requirements and board directives
- Leadership training development
- Developing team members
- Present trainings to team members in group or 1 : 1 settings
