Overview

Base pay range : $100,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple construction and restoration projects from start to finish.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Resolve escalated claims and conflicts with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and bidding processes.
  • Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards (e.g., mold, asbestos).
  • Liaise with clients and insurance adjusters to communicate scope and progress.
  • Implement quality control and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Proven Leadership in Construction You've successfully led construction or restoration projects from start to finish, navigating timelines, budgets, and teams with confidence.
  • Client-Facing Excellence You know how to build trust and rapport with clients, adjusters, and insurance partners, and you're comfortable explaining technical scopes and updates.
  • Clear & Confident Communication Whether you're coordinating with trades or resolving disputes, your communication style is direct, respectful, and solution-oriented.
  • Multitasking Mastery You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
  • Empathy & Professionalism You understand the emotional weight behind restoration projects and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized You keep documentation tight, inspections timely, and compliance top of mind — ensuring every project meets legal and safety standards.
  • Strategic Problem Solver You don't just react — you anticipate challenges and implement smart, proactive solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy & Resourceful You're comfortable using project management tools and digital platforms to track progress, communicate updates, and stay organized.
  • Licensed & Ready to Roll You hold a valid driver's license and are ready to hit the ground running with a company vehicle and tools provided.
