Position Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the product development and lifecycle management for one or more product lines at Turnils North America. This role is critical in ensuring a best-in-class product portfolio that aligns with market needs, brand guidelines, and profitability goals. By driving innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager directly contributes to the company's strategic objectives and market leadership.

What you'll do

  • Manage the product portfolio to ensure a market-leading offering and lifecycle management from development to end-of-life.
  • Identify and present innovative product solutions that align with market needs, margin requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the development, approval, training, and communication of new products and product changes across internal teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to support product development and raise awareness of new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Brand, and Operations, to ensure seamless product management.
  • Analyze and resolve cross-functional process issues for new and existing products, providing quick solutions to support the sales team.
  • Utilize numerical analysis and data-enterprise software to make informed product decisions.
  • Support other departmental projects as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
  • At least five years of experience in marketing, product development, and product management.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis using spreadsheets and experience with data-enterprise software.
  • Solid understanding of project management and technical components.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively convey product changes and impacts.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software programs.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
