Our client is a mid-sized, full-service General Contractor / Construction Manager that has been in business for over 30 years. This company, which is experiencing consistent growth, is renowned in the Southeast market with regards to their bread-and-butter project type - Large Commercial and Light Industrial. This client, based originally in Birmingham but with four offices total, is seeking a growth-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join their Mobile operation and help drive the growth plan in that area. Job Description

The Project Manager will :

• Work alongside the Senior Project Manager to oversee entire project staff
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
• Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
• Manage budget and financial reporting
• Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage the Quality Assurance / Quality Control program.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions
