Primary Purpose
The SVP Business Transformation spearheads enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance performance, and embed innovation at scale. This role partners with senior executives to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, orchestrates cross-functional execution, and drives adoption of AI-driven solutions. The SVP combines strategic vision with operational rigor, leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results. And acts as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, championing cultural change, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability for transformation outcomes.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Drives transformation initiatives that directly support enterprise-wide growth objectives and delivers measurable business impact through structured execution and strategic alignment. Partners with divisional and functional leaders to identify and focus on high-value, enterprise-critical ("big rock") initiatives that advance organizational priorities. Leads the design and delivery of transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution, and aligning efforts with strategic goals. Leads process redesign efforts with a strong emphasis on AI and data-driven thinking to enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and unlock innovation. Accelerates the deployment of AI-driven solutions by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact use cases in collaboration with technology and business leaders. Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes, solve complex business problems, and inform data-backed decision-making. Drives adoption and cultural alignment by executing proactive change management strategies and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Serves as a trusted advisor by bringing strategic insight, executive presence, and clear, compelling communication to senior leadership discussions. Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds a culture of continuous improvement into all transformation efforts to ensure long-term success.

Performs other duties as assigned. Travel as required (up to 30%).
Supervisory Responsibilities
Builds and leads a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Aligns diverse teams around shared goals, breaking silos and enabling seamless execution of transformation initiatives. Demonstrates strategic thinking, resilience, and adaptability, setting the tone for change across the organization. Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance. Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations. Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional Learning Tree, or Six Sigma Certifications (Yellow, Green, and Black Belt) highly preferred.
Experience : Ten (10) years of experience in management consulting and / or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in the financial services sector (Insurance, Banking) is highly preferred.
Skills & Knowledge : Proven track record in strategy execution, AI / analytics initiatives, and large-scale change programs; strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills with ability to operate at C-suite level; analytical, innovative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex organizations; applied knowledge of large language models and Agentic AI; experience working in modern tech-enabled operating models; high-level knowledge of technology / data dependencies and implications; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; PC literate, including Microsoft Office products; proven management / leadership skills; excellent negotiating skills; ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports; ability to work in a team environment; ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
