What You'll Do :

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential customers
• Handle routine maintenance, small repairs, and / or emergency plumbing services
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety regulations and building codes
• Identify additional service needs and recommend plumbing solutions to customers
• Present products and services clearly, including benefits and pricing
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling services and generating new business
• Deliver exceptional customer service—every time
• Maintain accurate service reports and customer interaction records
