Overview
Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) is a crisis mental health service program for youth and adults who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency. MCR agencies provide intensive mental health services for eligible individuals who may need hospitalization or community-based mental health care.
Basic Function
The Intake Specialist Team Lead helps guide and support a team of intake specialists who are often the first point of contact for clients seeking services. This role ensures that the team provides excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and timely connections to resources. The Team Lead also serves as a mentor to colleagues and assists with complex cases when needed.

Mental / Physical Demands
Ability to solve problems and successfully cope with situations where some or minimal standardizations exists. Ability to effectively gather, assess, write, and present information and respond to client inquiries. Work requires prolonged concentration, proficiency in the use of computers, and the ability to manipulate data. While performing these tasks, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stand. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Environmental Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Duties are performed in a typical office environment. No unusual or adverse working conditions exist.
