Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and compliance
Design and manage performance development systems and foster an inclusive workplace culture
Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on budgeting and staffing plans
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of director-level experience in nonprofit human resource functions
5-7 years of experience in nonprofit operations, including legal compliance
At least 4 years of direct supervision experience
Familiarity with federal and state labor laws
Strong commitment to social justice and youth empowerment
