Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to design and deliver customer-driven, innovative solutions
  • Develop and modify system solutions and architecture to meet customer requirements
  • Generate equipment lists and create system design descriptions, including diagrams
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers and participate in proposal reviews and contract negotiations
  • Manage project completion for sole source and RFP proposal projects, ensuring schedules are met

    • Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in sales, engineering, or public safety, or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, engineering, or solutions architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for presenting complex topics
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment
