Job Title : AssemblerJob Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team in assembling medical equipment designed to assist individuals with mobility challenges. As an assembler, you will be stationed at a specific location, working primarily from a seated position to complete your tasks. You will utilize an iPad to follow work diagrams and instructions, and you will be responsible for retrieving and organizing your own parts. A background in electrical circuit boards or panels is highly desirable, although a positive attitude and strong work ethic are the most important attributes we seek.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical equipment following detailed diagrams and instructions.
• Retrieve and organize parts needed for assembly.
• Utilize hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all messes are cleaned up by the end of the day.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled, clean, and organized. You are expected to wear jeans or khakis without holes and avoid graphic t-shirts. The shift hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 3 : 30 PM and Friday from 6 AM to 12 PM, with mandatory overtime anticipated soon. We prioritize maintaining cleanliness, with a requirement to tidy your workspace daily.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 / hr.
