job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThis position will float between our Valley Health Milton and Hurricane office locations, travel is required. The schedule would be : Monday / Tuesday at Milton location and Wednesday / Thursday at Hurricane location, with alternating every other Friday. The position will be based in Family Medicine / Quick Care at Milton and primarily OB at Hurricane.

- A licensed LPN with a passion for patient care. (must be graduate of LPN Accredited Program and maintain appropriate state licensure)

- Great communicator-you'll be interacting with patients, families, and a supportive team all day.
