Description :

Are you a dependable, hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Tender Lawn Care is seeking a full time Mowing Crew Lead who takes pride in delivering top notch lawn care services while guiding and contributing to the success of our Mowing Crew team members.

Schedule :

7 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm, some Saturdays and overtime as required. Position is year around full-time with expectations of shop and winter work.

Job Duties :

• Operate commercial Zero Turn mowers according to company specification for cut and height
• Perform string trimming and edging at job sites
• Utilize backpack blowers to clean surfaces after mowing and trimming is complete
• Transport equipment using a Tender Lawn Care truck and trailer
• Work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
• May work alone or oversee one Crew Member; this is a working Crew Leader position
• Ensure each jobsite is completed to site specification and Tender Lawn Cares quality expectations
• Give directions and assign work at jobsites
