Pay Information

$5,000 to $5,124 per week

About The Position

Title : Pharmacist – Inpatient

Location : Lubbock, TX

Duration : 26 Weeks

Shift : Night Shifts (3x10 or 4x10) – 7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Note - Hours paid : Bi-weekly

Responsibilities :

  • Provide inpatient pharmacy services in a children’s hospital (Level II Pediatric Trauma Center).
  • Manage pediatric patients and support interdisciplinary care.

Work 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, including weekends.

  • Long week : Wednesday–Tuesday (10-hour shifts with 30 min unpaid lunch).
  • Short week : Sunday–Tuesday (11-hour shifts with 30 min unpaid lunch).
  • Participate in block scheduling.
  • No on-call or floating between units required.
  • Ensure safe preparation, dosing, and monitoring of medications across multiple age groups (neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, infants).

    • Required :

  • Active and valid state or compact pharmacist license at time of submission.
  • Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacist experience.
  • Pediatric experience and ability to work in a children’s hospital setting.
  • Must commit to a 26-week contract continuing into January (earliest end date : 01 / 03 / 2026).
  • Availability for weekends and holiday coverage (must work at least 3 of 5 major holidays if scheduled).
  • Flexibility to float to sister facilities if needed.
