Location :

• Hybrid work schedule in the Rockville, MD, office (3 days a week in the office; Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays) The Recruiter will share fusionSpan's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent.
• This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast-paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers Source potential talent on LinkedIn and / or other online platforms Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods Write and post job descriptions Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process Keep up-to-date with new technical trends and products in recruiting   Other projects as needed on the People Team Required Qualifications :
