Coordinates with other agencies and services to ensure the provision of home health / home care services 24 hours a day / seven days a week. Ensures the quality and cost effectiveness of home health aide skilled nursing, non-skilled services and staffing. This includes regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer relations; continuing education for skilled and non-skilled staff, budget development and utilization management. • Other : Graduate from an accreditation nursing program.\n\nCertification & Licensure\n
• RN-Registered Nurse of California\n
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider\n\nTypical Experience\n
• 5 years of recent relevant experience.\n\nSkills And Knowledge\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State regulations for Home Health / Home Care.\n
• Knowledge of PACE State and Federal regulations and State contractual requirements for Sutter SeniorCare / PACE\n
• Familiar with State Regulations (Title 22) for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE)\n
• Knowledge of nursing principles and the care of the older adult.\n
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching / mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.\n
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues problems as guided by policies, and procedures, or guidance from leadership.\n
• Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and / or leaders to achieve business objectives.\n
• Understands age specific needs in providing care to patient population served.\n
• Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.\n
• Ability to handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions with little direction.\n

This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
