Exterior Superintendent – Urgently Hiring | Charleston, SC

Location : Charleston, SC

The Role :

As an Exterior Superintendent , you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for overseeing field operations on commercial job sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to our high standards. You’ll coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and serve as the critical link between project managers, field teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily exterior construction activities, including waterproofing, masonry, and other related trades

Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance

Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedules and budgets

Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders on progress and issues

Perform quality control and inspections throughout all phases of construction

Resolve field issues efficiently to keep projects on track

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in an exterior commercial construction trade (masonry, waterproofing, or similar)

Proven track record as a foreman, lead, or superintendent on commercial jobs

Strong understanding of exterior construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
