Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you'll lead comprehensive behavior intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values innovation and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Program Development

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
  • Design evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans targeting specific skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

Clinical Supervision & Training

  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
  • Conduct regular training sessions on ABA techniques and ethical practices
  • Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation across all intervention programs
  • Collaborative Care & Documentation

  • Partner with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reports in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and family consultations to review treatment progress and goals
  • Quality Assurance & Professional Development

  • Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data collection and analysis
  • Adjust intervention strategies based on client progress and emerging best practices
  • Stay current with BACB ethical guidelines and continuing education requirements
  • Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Current state licensure (where applicable)
  • Demonstrated expertise in ABA principles, assessment procedures, and intervention techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of pediatric ABA experience in clinical or educational settings
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with insurance authorization processes and documentation requirements
  • Leadership experience in supervising clinical staff
