Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you'll lead comprehensive behavior intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Program Development
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
- Design evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans targeting specific skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
Clinical Supervision & Training
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staffConduct regular training sessions on ABA techniques and ethical practicesEnsure fidelity of treatment implementation across all intervention programsCollaborative Care & Documentation
Partner with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to coordinate comprehensive careMaintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reports in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirementsFacilitate regular team meetings and family consultations to review treatment progress and goalsQuality Assurance & Professional Development
Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data collection and analysisAdjust intervention strategies based on client progress and emerging best practicesStay current with BACB ethical guidelines and continuing education requirementsRequired Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent state licensure (where applicable)Demonstrated expertise in ABA principles, assessment procedures, and intervention techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
2+ years of pediatric ABA experience in clinical or educational settingsExperience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilitiesFamiliarity with insurance authorization processes and documentation requirementsLeadership experience in supervising clinical staffComprehensive Benefits Package
