LPN-LVN Home Health- Duluth, GA - Local or Travel

13 weeks

Homecare Homebase EMR required!

Shift : M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On-call info : On-call one weekend per month

Travel Area : GWINNETT, GA BRANCH COVERS : BUFORD, SUWANEE, DULUTH, JOHNS CREEK, BETHLEHAM, SUGAR HILL, BRASELTON, HOSCHTON, AUBURN, DACULA, LILBURN, SNELLVILLE, PEACHTREE CORNERS, NORCROSS, ATLANTA & DORAVILLE (SCHEDULE WILL BE BASED ON NEEDS OF PATIENTS)

Guaranteed Hours : 0 hours

Productivity Units : 30 units

Qualifications : HCHB and HH experience required

Skills

Current Nursing License in the Practicing State

Valid Drivers License

Current CPR Certification

Two years experience as an LPN / LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting

Education

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
