Express Employment of San Bernardino is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright with strong mechanical and electrical experience to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining equipment reliability, supporting production operations, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualifications :

Experience in maintenance-related fields including computer-operated machines, industrial electrical, and welding .

Experience with pump and motor repair .

Licensed Millwright preferred.

Plumbing experience a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to lift up to 5 0 lbs minimum and stand / walk for long periods.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and transition from day shift training to night shift.

Must pass a drug screen and background check .

Responsibilities :

Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as needed.

Respond to and complete emergency repairs and adjustments while production is running.

Conduct smooth and efficient equipment changeovers .

Modify or fabricate equipment to improve production reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues .

Maintain plant equipment to ensure maximum uptime and product quality.

Maintain off-site facilities and plant operations as required.

Complete and maintain accurate shift maintenance logs .

Oversee the start-up and shutdown of plant equipment daily.

Work safely around equipment that may involve chemicals (caustic, acids, ammonia) .

Be available for on-call emergency support .
