Winston Retail is hiring a Visual Merchandising & Engagement Lead to bring a bold, new experiential pop-up concept to life in SoHo. This one-of-a-kind retail space blends immersive displays, rotating assortments, and creative collaborations to deliver discovery-driven shopping joy.

As the lead for this 3-month activation, you’ll guide a team, partner with store leadership, and ensure every detail of the customer experience is visually on point. If you thrive on retail presentation, leadership, and customer connection, this role puts you at the center of an exciting brand launch.

Job Overview Winston Retail (www.WinstonRetail.com) is hiring a Visual Merchandising & Engagement Lead to bring a bold, new experiential pop-up concept to life in SoHo.

Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of Merchandise Coordinators and Stock Associates

Execute merchandising, floor sets, and themed displays according to brand directives

Act as the main contact for store leadership and Winston Regional Management

Oversee product flow : filled in, styled, and presentation-ready

Engage and assist customers with product knowledge and experiential storytelling

Submit daily Store Visit Reports (photos + notes) through the Winston App

Ensure compliance with Winston and retailer policies

Experience And Benefits Experience & Skills 3-5 years+ in retail leadership, merchandising, or store operations

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams under tight timelines

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with flexible schedules, including potential overnights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., climb ladders, and remain active on the sales floor

Smartphone required for reporting : iOS : iPhone 11 or newer, Android : 2020 or newer, OS no more than 4 versions behind
