A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff in sales and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Division Director and Chief of Staff
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients and prospects
Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 5 years of comparable work experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative sales role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a corporate sales environment is a plus
