  • Practice Setting : OR / Surgery Department
  • Dates / Coverage Needed : Beginning July 2025 - FT for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday, 5x8's. There is a call involved - nights 3 pm - 7 am and weekends 24-hour.
  • Staffing Mix / Supervision : CRNAs must be able to work independently without supervision.
  • Case Mix : Must be proficient with blocks. All case types except for hearts, vascular, and OB.
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Active TX License
  • Flight / Lodging / Rental Car or Mileage : Yes
