We are seeking a Business Analyst IV to join our team. This role will involve driving requirements analysis, project coordination, and process improvement efforts across large-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis, scope and requirements management, quality assurance, and project leadership , and a passion for enabling data-driven decisions and optimizing business operations .

Location : Detroit, MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 5 days / week; Wednesdays and Thursdays required)

Duration : 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)

Job Description :

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst IV to support complex enterprise initiatives. The selected candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and testing resources to ensure high-quality project delivery. This individual will be responsible for gathering and managing requirements, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating project execution throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage business analysis efforts across multiple initiatives.

Collaborate with business, technical, and testing teams to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

Support quality assurance and test management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively identify and escalate risks.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across project phases.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , including matrix management of cross-functional teams.

5+ years of experience in scope and requirements management , quality management , and test management .

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex activities and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills , capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Proven ability to collaborate in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.

Must be local to Detroit, MI , and able to work onsite from day one (no remote-only option).
