Base pay range
$300,000.00 / yr - $400,000.00 / yr

As the CFO, you will :
- Provide leadership and financial direction to the finance department.
- Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing long and short-range goal setting and strategic direction for the organization.
- Guide financial decisions and protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as internal controls.
- Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Prepare special reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, information, and trends.
- Maintain results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
