A company is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst (ServiceNow).
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional and automation testing efforts across multiple projects
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications
8+ years of proven experience in QA with strong functional and automation testing expertise
Hands-on experience with Playwright and similar automation tools
Exposure to ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is highly preferred
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience in stakeholder management
