Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner for MD, VA & DC jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering

Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority

Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Qualifications

3-4 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Professional certification applicable to the line of business is preferred

Knowledge of MD, VA & DC jurisdictions is required

Licensing is not required
