Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction phases.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.

Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
