CNC Operations Technologist

Do you enjoy turning a solid setup into a flawless production run? Can you develop a basic CNC program, prove out tool paths, and hold tight tolerances while juggling deadlines? Are you the person others ask when something in the cell doesn’t look or sound right?
The challenge
At Greener Corp., we power the packaging industry with parts and technical services that elevate quality and efficiency worldwide. You’ll help us deliver on that mission by setting up CNC equipment, producing standard parts on time and to spec, and continuously improving the process. In our fully air-conditioned and heated, 28,000-square-foot facility, you’ll combine craftsmanship and technology in a safe, modern workspace.
What you'll tackle
Run CNC setups and production with minimal oversight, consistently meeting specifications and tolerances.Independently create and enter basic CNC programs; verify paths and optimize parameters.Track cutting speeds, chip loads, and tool wear; make smart adjustments to maintain quality.Inspect dimensions and geometry using precision instruments to confirm parts are within tolerance.Load / unload and deburr parts to support throughput and finish quality.Spot and solve issues involving machinery, tooling, or workholding before they escalate.Keep your station—and yourself—organized, clean, and safety-focused.Follow production schedules and documentation to keep work moving.What you'll need
High school diploma, GED, or an Apprenticeship foundation.3–5 years of advancing CNC machining experience.Capability to program CNC machines (basic program development and edits).Comfort reading prints and applying GD&T.Hands-on experience with indicators, micrometers, optical comparators, thread gages, gage pins, etc.Analytical, organized, and adept at problem-solving.Proven troubleshooting skills for machining and process issues.Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage competing deadlines.Mechanical aptitude; thrives both independently and with a team.Safety-conscious, ethical, and hungry to learn.Why you'll love working here
