Psychometrician

A company is looking for a Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of specialized assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop computer-adaptive tests for K-12 education, including screening and diagnostic assessments

Conduct classical and IRT analyses of test data, including item calibration and quality assurance

Collaborate with research scientists and content experts to document processes and create technical reports

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in test development, computer-adaptive testing, and validity studies

Fluency in computer / statistical programming (e.g., R, Python, SQL)

Familiarity with K-12 education and knowledge of mobile / web technologies is a plus
